Project Wireless Electromagnetic Method or Project WEM is a Chinese System of ELF and SLF receiver and transmitter providing long-range communication with Chinese military submarines.
A Scientific papers from 2019 proved, that teher has been transmitting test with the Project WEM system.[1][2]
