Caspar Veldkamp (born 23 April 1964) is a Dutch politician from the New Social Contract who was elected to the Dutch Parliament in the 2023 Dutch general election.[1] His focus is on foreign affairs and migration.[2]
He formerly served as ambassador of the Netherlands to Israel (2011–2015) and Greece (2015–2019).[3]
On February 7, 2024, Veldkamp was a guest at the Knesset, where he spoke with Sharren Haskel about the hostages in Gaza. He does not support a ceasefire because he believes it would give Hamas more power.
