Sarteshniz (Persian: سرتشنيز, also romanized as Sarteshnīz and Sar-e Teshnīz; also known as Sar-i-Tīshnīz)[1] is a village in Kiar-e Sharqi Rural District, in the Central District of Kiar County, Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari Province, Iran.
Population[edit]
At the 2006 census, its population was 2,959, in 634 families.[2]
The village is populated by Persians and speak Shirazi Dialect Persian.[3]

Gorz-e-Rostam (Tana) Cave (Persian: گرز رستم) is a geological phenomenon located in North of Sarteshniz village.
