The GT 6T features a 6.78-inch 1.5K LTPO AMOLED display, which supports a 120Hz refresh rate and offers up to 6000 nits peak brightness. It is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2.[3][4]

It is the first smartphone in India powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 chipset. It offers configurations up to 12GB of RAM and 512GB of storage, supplemented by an Iceberg Vapor Cooling System to manage thermal performance.[5][6]

The device includes a dual rear camera setup with a 50MP primary sensor and an 8MP ultra-wide sensor, along with a 32MP front camera. The main rear camera is equipped with Optical Image Stabilization (OIS).[7][8]
