The Progress Chapter Three: Fifty Shades Of Pain was a professional wrestling event promoted by Progress Wrestling. It took place on September 30, 2012, in London, England at The Garage.[2][3]

Storylines[edit]

The event included matches that each resulted from scripted storylines, where wrestlers portrayed heroes, villains, or less distinguishable characters in scripted events that built tension and culminated in a wrestling match or series of matches. Results were predetermined by Progress' creative writers,[4] while storylines were produced on Progress' events airing on the Pivotshare service as VOD events.[5]

Event[edit]

The event started with the singles confrontation between Paul Robinson and Noam Dar solded with the victory of the latter. Next up, Mark Andrews defeated Xander Cooper to retain the BWC Scarlo Scholarship Championship. The third bout saw James Davis and Rob Lynch picking up a victory over Danny Garnell and Darrell Allen in tag team action. In the fourth bout, Jimmy Havoc defeated Jon Ryan by disqualification in singles competition. A decision was made as they restarted the bout under Hardcore rules, from which Ryan emerged victorious. Next up, RJ Singh defeated Rob Cage in singles competition. In the semi main event, Stixx outmatched The Lion Kid. In the main event, Dave Mastiff and Greg Burridge defeated El Ligero and Nathan Cruz in a special tag team match where Marty Scurll acted as the guest referee.[6]
